Portrait Sessions
A.Additional charges may occur for long-distance travel, extended families or large groups, or multiple required locations.
You may choose to hold a second date as a "rain date", which will double the initial deposit to 50%. No additional fees will be added.
Engagements, Weddings & Elopements

Travel Fees
A.Travel fees may occur for locations over a 1 hour drive (approx 60 miles) from Boston, MA. Locations on Cape Cod, MA are exempt from these fees.
For destination weddings or elopements, I do ask for clients to cover travel and lodging for at least 2 nights. Full terms will be outlined in initial meetings and in the finalized contract.
Extended hours
A.All packages may add on extra hours of coverage for an additional fee of $200/hour.

BOOKING POLICIES
Weddings: Booking is required at least 3 months in advance to secure your date, recommended at least 6-12 months in advance for weddings.
Events: Please book at least 1 month in advance, recommended at least 3 months in advance for busy season (July-October)
Rescheduling: Weddings and events should aim to be rescheduled no later than 1 week before your event date.
Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred once if rescheduled in time.
Weather: Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to weather at the photographer’s discretion. For weddings and events, the Photographer will work with the Client to make accomodations on the day of the event.
Late Arrivals: Please communicate any schedule changes, and the photographer will accomodate as much as possible. Sessions may still end on time to respect any following sessions.
Payment: A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date; with additional payments due closer to the date of the wedding/elopement. Please refer to your contract for the complete payment schedule.
Confirmation: EVENTS are not fully booked until the session is confirmed, the contract is signed, and the deposit is payed. If these items are not complete more than 7 days before your requested date, the session may be cancelled or rescheduled at the photographer's discretion.
Delivery: Galleries will have various delivery times depending on schedule, type of session/event, and other factors. This can range from 1 to 6 weeks. Please refer to your contract for your gallery's delivery time.
